About FlexiCare
FlexiCare Support Services is a licensed, community-based care provider located in Edmonton, Alberta. We specialize in supporting adults (18+) with developmental disabilities and complex behavioural needs through person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally safe programming.
We recognize that identity, culture, and lived experience shape how people heal, grow, and thrive. That is why our approach is responsive to the diverse needs of minority and racialized communities, and deeply grounded in dignity, safety, and respect.
Our teams include trained support staff, behavioural specialists, and cultural resource workers who partner with families, community organizations, and government agencies to ensure each individual receives the right supports at the right time.
Founded in 2019 in Alberta, FlexiCare Support Services Inc. is dedicated to providing individualized, person-centered care that upholds dignity, individuality, independence, and personal growth for those in need of specialized support. All our FlexiCare Support Services Caregivers are Screened, Trained, and Competent to provide optimal care to your loved ones. All our staff have:
